I said it would kick me in to gear. I went back to weight watchers this morning and came out nearly in tears, Oh my g*d i've never been this heavy!!!!!

So i thought i'd use this as my incentive to loose a bit of weight. I will keep you posted each week and if any one else wants to join in their more than welcome. Im not putting in my weight as i'm too ashamed, so i will just keep you posted of weight loss.

Wow i've actully done it...... Still sitting here with lunch, Pastrami and salad on wholegrain bread...

So here's to me now doing regular excersise every day! I'm gonna start walking that pooch of mine for 30 mins a day!!
If i can put the left over easter eggs down for long enough that is!!!
