Hi, should we turn the lamps off at night and leave the heat mat on? can someone tell me what the ideal temp should be on the warm and cool side and what ideal temp at night should be? Thanks x

heat mat should be on 24/7, only the light should be turned off for around 9-10 hours of the night. Temps during the day should be 32 degrees celcius on warm side and 27 on the cooler side, and temperatures at night should be 21-24 degrees celcius. hope this all helps. X
