My leopard geckos are both comming up to a year old...

How often should I put D3 on my feeders?
How often should I Put Calcium (no D3) on my feeders?

Do I need ANOTHER multivitamin and a Pre-formed source of Vitamin A.

(the D3 source im using contains vitamin A). it is sandfire superfoods leopard gecko dust.

The calcium powder I am using is Calypso Calcium Powder.

put the calypso pure calcium in a jam jar lid or small dish in the viv all the time for the leos to eat when they want it. dust live food wth vitamins/mineral powder weekly along with the D3 calcium on an alternate day of the same week. the vit/min powder I use has D3 in it & I add that to live food weekly. rather than 2 seperate days.

Yeah I already got the calcium powder in their vivs. So basically...Once a week use d3 and once a week on a diff day use normal calcium?

you can still dust the live food with pure calypso calcium each feed but there's not much point as the calcium is available in the dish for them & they will go to it if they need to any way so you're not depriving them of it. The D3 calcium is different but is usually included in vit/min powders so I use this once a week for my leos but if you have a seperate calcium powder with D3 & a seperate powder with vit/mins then use them on alternate days in the same week.

I have a multi vit which contains D3 etc so should I use that once a week or something because I don't want to over do it.
