You have to make sure its something that you enjoy doing or you will always stop!
I've never done any exercise apart from the pole dancing and i can see that it is really helping to tone me up!
I just need to work on my fitness now - i can't run very far without dying in a heap on the floor!

Binsky, this is really scary but i have a 15 year old daughter & 13, (nearly 14) year old son, i am 5 foot tall, used to weigh 7 stone & now i'm just under a size 14 due to doing a 28 day detox & now i am at weight watchers!!!!!
I hope i going to do my 1st year in the Flora womans marathon this years but I will support 'giude dogs for the blind' as everyone i know is doing the 'Cancer' raisers. I am sure this will help keep me on track with my losing weight.
It never used to be so hard to loose the weight- just easier to put it on!!! LOL!

Being so unfit is a nightmare! The other day the dog got chased across where we live by another little dog - i had to chase her across the estate and call her at the same time - i nearly died when the other dog actually gave up chasing!!
I'm gonna try and set my self some targets to improve my fitness - i know theres far too many uneaten easter eggs around at the moment though!!
Gotta eat all them up first!!

It sos hard to get motivated as every time theres a wedding i think that will be my marker to work towards & in the past 4 years we have had 7 weddings - WHAT WENT WRONG ??? I couldn't stop eating - i love going out or having friends & family over & with all the kids in & out this house there is always something cooking BEFORE we all sit down to dinner. How do the teenagers do it? Both of mine are skinny & can eat till the cows come home.....amitedly they eat some healthy stuff but mainly UNHEALTHY stuff - where do they put it all? Even my husband finds it hard to put on weight but i don't. I must admit i am very active & busy all the time - i even burn myself out sometimes, it drives me mad!
I found the detox the hardest thing in the world to do but well worth it but 28 days is enough & a few pounds shifted not like Carole Vordermans - 2 dress sizes!! though the inches did come off. Weight wathers is much easier since doing the detox as that diet was so restrictive & weight watchers isn't. Let me know how you both get on.
At the minute i am loving Pitta bread with chicken breast, salad & Freshly squeezed lomon juice for dinner at just 4 points!.I start the morining with a hot water & freshly squeezed lemon during in the moring since the detox as its meant to get the metabolic rate up for burning food.
I must get back to the jogging & power walk thing soon!!

I think we need to start a new thread.... Support for others in weight loss. I have to say this has given me the motivation for weight loss (going back to WW tomorrow) Still having a problem with the exersize thing though.

Although having thought about it i should in theory be a size zero super modle. I child mind!!!! bless their cotton socks. I do not sit down and rush from a to b. So i do know what the problem is, is not to much the exersize as i push a heavy double pushchair most of week. Its the fact that i don't eat properly.

I get up in the morning and don't have time for breakfast so i'll pick when i get home from school and then comes lunch time, whats that!!! i'll grab a bag of crisps on the run or a mars bar or what ever. And then as for tea, not hungry couse i've just picked. oh how bad that sound in black and white, although it could be the start of WWA weight watcher annonamous!!!! i have made the first step and admitted it!!!!! LOL!!!!

Well at least going back to ww tomorrow it makes me eat cause then my brain says i'm on a diet and i have trouble making time not to eat as thats then all i can think about... Oh for goodness sack some one tell me to shut up>>>>>
