These are a few pics that were taken at my wedding!

I decided to do a pole dance for my new hubby - he didn't know about this!!
But he hid around the corner! Maybe he thought i was gonna try and get him to have a go!!

And you wouldn't be saying that for any other reason now would you!!!

Its not easy and you do get your fare share of bruises, pole burn and aches! I bashed my ankle 2 weeks ago and it is still black!

In the poledancing world the bruises you get represent what hard moves you've tried - so their kind of like medals! When you get a hard or tricky move you get a bruise!

If you do want to get her a pole - let me know - i might be selling mine to make way for a new pole with a stage! Could save yourself a few quid!

And its not just for girls either! There are plenty of men out there that find the challenge of the tricks appealing! They tend to do alot better than the women on the trick side because of their strength!

Had a really hard lesson yesterday!!! I hurt so much today! But it was totally worth it!! I'll have to get some up to date pictures of some new moves!!
