Default sore claw - 28-10-2008, 03:52 PM

hello all

have been looking after my mates geckos and -

I do have a concern Bert he seems to be walking on what I would call his wrist. Its as though he has broken his hand, his claws on one side has gone floppy, I thought he was malting and thats why he has gone limp in the wrist (no offence meant to anyone!!) Does anyone have any advice? He is still hunting so i am not to concerned about him going hungry.

My friend did say that bert and ernie had been fighting recently, would they perodically fight as they have been together for over 3 years.

if anyone can help i would be very gratefull

simonne

i thought i had replyed to this. Anyways....

Sounds like you may have 2 male leopard geckos in there. If so you need to seperate them straight away.

If you need to check the sex you can either grab them and flip them over or put them in a see through container and look underneath.

You are looking for a V section of pores. If they both have pores then they are both male and will need seperating. If you can't sex them then post some pictures on here and we will help you!
