they put what animals they own and before it they put a number

e.g. 2.4.1 leopard Geckos

What do these numbers mean?

(Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the board but i didnt know where else to ask)

I know if it's two numbers it's male and female.

Hi,
The numbers mean the sexes of the animals
so or example 1.2.3 is 1 male 2 female 3 unsexed
