I am new to your forums and need "help"; so after introducing myself in your introduction forum, I went over to your help forum to ask for help.

There is no way to post on that forum. Why? You might want to fix it.

That forum was designed for help regarding user accounts and the forum e.t.c rather that help on geckos. I'm not sure why nobody can post (you are not the first to mention it).

I'll investigate the problem and update the description to make it clearer what its for.

The permissions look correct for that forum and are the same as the others which is bizzare. I've reset the permissions anyway so hopefully it will be working ok now.
