Hey all, this is my first post here!

I purchased my first 2 Cresties on Sunday( its now Thursday night), and I now have an issue with one of them, he/she started to of shed on Monday, but half of it is still attached, either attached around a leg ( like an arm band) or attached to the actual skin, the viv is at 22-26C and is around 60% humidity, being misted twice daily.

I have tried using a cotton bud to help ease off some of the loose bits, with minimal success, and have tried giving him/her a 10-15 minute session in a small cricket container with some warm damp kitchen roll, but still has alot stuck. the bit i am most worried about is how he/she, has a big bit of skin which is from the side of his/her head, attached just inside the ear hole, this is on both sides, and he/she seems to be making no attempt as such to remove any of this dead skin.

has anyone had a similar problem or any experience dealing with this?

Hi not had an issue this bad but you're already doing everything you can really. You can only help them so much with your own hands and personally I'd be doing that as a last resort. How are they now?
