what is a good light to use for bearded dragons sun glo or day glo

I've heard the sun glo bulbs are good, but the arcadia D3 5.0 UV tubes are meant to be just as good but last longer. The exo terra bulbs seem to drop their UV output too quickly.

what watt is good for a ten gallon

At a guess i'd say 40-60W, but personally i'd put a Dimmer Thermostat on the light to keep the temps right.
