As they are so young it is probably to early to tell their sex, While crested are young i believe it is safe to keep them together, although i would keep a close eye on them for the first few days. Id also recommend cleaning the cage completely if one has previously lived in it for any possible territories.
As they get older u'l have to make sure they have enough space. If it turns out you have 2 boys i would recommend slitting them up incase they cause injury to each other..
The same if u have 1 boy and 1 girl, if they are left together all of the time it would be VERY stressful on the girl as she would constantly be harassed and lay eggs which would be detrimental to her health...
however u could be lucky and have 2 girls in which case they can be housed together with little problem..
if u have two cages id be tempted to leave it that way, crested geckos don't get lonely for each other like we do, and they would prob enjoy their free rain.
