hey

im new to the world of lizzards.
i don't currently own any yet, due to 2 things, one saveing up and two research research research!!!!!! i have two mississippi map turtles and man the are so hard to look after. had them two years and as much as i love them it is driving me mad...lol... any way to the lizzards: i have been facinated with chameleons for about 4 years but never really got one as was not sure how to gett info on them at the time.. now about 2 months ago found alot of info on the internet and found that leopard geckos where better to start off with in the lizzard world. so i have been researching them and have now found i have fell in love with them and cant get them out my mind... i am however bit straped for cash at the mo so saving up for the set up and going in to my local reptile shop to get famiular with the little darlings.... my local reptile shop are great there really know there stuff i have asked alot of questions and then search for the awnsers my self online too and it really did prove that they know what they are doing whcih is good news... on the biggest plus side they are actually more concered about the reptile than make money which shows to me amazing comitment.. thwey also co to local schools occasionly to help tech kids that snakes and other reptiles are infact wonderfull creatures and should not be feared like they are....

hopefully in the next month i shall have my first little leopard gecko and damn it i bet i fall in to there little trap that they seem to get everyone in..... mmm.. must get you a freind (oh yes please do) ok i shall get you a friend....lol....

i just know it will happen.....

i hope that i can learn alot more in the weeks leading upto getting the set up and then i can get it fully ready for the little cutie when i finally go down a pick it up....
i have 2 books on leopards geckos and found this lovely forum so i'm sure i shall do fine ...

any way i think i have rambled enough..lol 8-)
