Default Helmeted Geckos? - 14-10-2006, 03:32 AM

What are those types of Geckos.

I hear they are sweet and cool, but what are they like?

There temperament? Feeding? Etc?

Thanks!

These are great geckos. They grow up to a maximum of 4cm so they are tiny. The female lays 1-2 tiny eggs at a time. I have one which does nip but it doesn't hurt - if they have any teeth they are too small to see lol!
The do not have eye-lids.
They like to hidde under things & enjoy slightly higher temperatures than the other geckos. I will try to post a picture latter. These are really easy to care for.

They eat crickets & as most reptiles also love wax worms but they can be a bit big but they still seem to be able to stuff them down. Mine prefer to drink from the viv being spryed but don't need too much water or humidity.
