Please could anybody tell me what type of gecko this is? I got told by the previous owner that it was a leopard but from looking at the temperaments I think it might be a golden. As you can see from the picture it likes sleeping on a log even though we have plenty of plants in there. It doesn’t like to be touched and will run away if you try.

does it have eye lids ?
and does is have sticky feet (climb glass) ?

I dont think it has eyelids but it does climb glass very well,
we're a bit concerned because of its weight the last owner had it sharing a 10 gallon tank with a larger lizard.
We're thinking more along the lines of a marbled gecko now but still not 100%

yes the tail and back legs look very thin is it eating okay?

The last owner wasnt that great really, he was a bit ignorant with the gecko and only fed him a few times a week if that!!!
So im trying to bulk him up a bit, he does love crickets but going to try him on wax worms in a few days just to beef him up a bit.
I reckon he could be a male marbled, he looks like one and hates being handled, but im not sure if thats because of the last owner!

yeah he's coming on leaps and bounds, proper weight and now eating out of my hand, so hopefully he'll be more tame in the next couple of months.
