I still think that she and her appetite would benefit greatly if you increased the night temperature so that it was 88-90F on the floor of the warm side. Leos do not need a night-time temperature drop like some other lizards do.

Are you sure? Naturally the temperature would still drop in the night. I kinda wanted to give her a bit of a night and day routine. But if the heat will help her appetite then i'll try that.

I did notice the other night that she's making a clicking noise, it's her mouth, opening and closing a tiny bit, or her tongue touching her gum. Is this just her being cute or a breathing difficulty? Was a bit worried whether to go "Awwww!" or "Uh oh...".

Thanks guys!

all my vivs heatmats run 24/7 with the geckos moving freely between the warm end and the cool end as they want ~ don't forget that even with a heated end air temps and the cooler unheated side will naturally lower in temps during the night anyway without having to remove the heating and personally I've found that my geckos do better when allowed a heated end at all times
Usually leo's will use their tongue to 'taste' various scents however if she's making a clicking noise when she's breathing and continously licking her lips it may be a sign of possible RI in which case as Jools has already advised I really would recommend keeping the hot end temps at 88*f-90*f at all times

I'm grateful for all the help and advice you all gave, but sadly she died on the 2nd.
She was sitting in my dad's hands at the time, i think that made it worse for him.

Hopefully with all the advice you gave it her last few days a more comfy end. Thought i'd let youi know.

Cheers guys.
