I did notice the other night that she's making a clicking noise, it's her mouth, opening and closing a tiny bit, or her tongue touching her gum. Is this just her being cute or a breathing difficulty? Was a bit worried whether to go "Awwww!" or "Uh oh...".

all my vivs heatmats run 24/7 with the geckos moving freely between the warm end and the cool end as they want ~ don't forget that even with a heated end air temps and the cooler unheated side will naturally lower in temps during the night anyway without having to remove the heating and personally I've found that my geckos do better when allowed a heated end at all times

Usually leo's will use their tongue to 'taste' various scents however if she's making a clicking noise when she's breathing and continously licking her lips it may be a sign of possible RI in which case as Jools has already advised I really would recommend keeping the hot end temps at 88*f-90*f at all times
