Honey is a good sorce for crickets to eat BUT only put small quantities in the viv etc as they get stuck in it! Great itea to catch the escapees in the house though LOL! Only joking.
I give mine a mixture of salad leaves or apples as it also gives them a drink- what do you do?
Hi, i use apples, potatos and pretty much what i buy in for us at the time thats not citrus and kept well dusted. I keep a potato or apple in viv and change every few days with calc powder on to keep any stray crics happy and away from leos. I also do the same for mealworm.
Have been thinking about shop bought stuff for a while. May give it a go.
Hi cortina, i've seen a new product on line which is a gut loader but has fluid in it - if i can find it again i will post it up to show you - what one do you use?
I did use an exo terra one when i got some crickets from the reptile shop - but it was in a little tub and was really expensive - now i just use the one from where i ordered the mealies from - can't remember where that was now though!!
I've gotta get some more so when i find the site i'll post up a link for u!!
